Payment Options

Drs. Rodney Hill and Ashley Hill have many financial resources available for their patients.

We are currently accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Care Credit, Check, or Cash.

 

Your Financial Obligations

It is the policy of our office for all accounts 60 days past due to incur interest at the rate of 1.75% per month (21% annually), regardless of the insurance involvement. There will be a handling fee of $35.00 for any returned checks. There is a missed appointment fee of $42.00 that will be attached to any appointment missed or not canceled within 48 hours.

If you are in need of a payment plan, arrangements can be made. Talk to our office team at your next visit about Care Credit, a 6-12 month, low to no-interest payment plan. Monthly plans require approved credit. To receive more information or to apply for your Care Credit Card online, click here.

If the account becomes delinquent the delinquent client will pay incurred fees; these fees will include, but are not limited to, attorneys, collection fees, court costs and finance charges

Insurance

Please remember the patient, not the insurance company is responsible for payment of professional services rendered. We request your portion and any deductibles be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients we will process your claims for you, but it is your responsibility to provide us with your insurance information and any changes as they occur.
